After you are assessed by a psychiatric provider to determine if Spravato is right for you, the provider may send your prescription into a specialty pharmacy. However, sometimes the cost of the Spravato medication can be higher than what some patients can afford. Spravato withMe lowers those medication costs to no more than $10 per treatment.
Once you enroll, Spravato withMe provides you with a coupon card (almost like a specialized insurance card for the medication) that dramatically lowers the cost of the medication. Specialized providers like those at Bespoke Treatment also have access to a provider portal, which allows for them to share the coupon with the pharmacy immediately in real-time.

How It Works at Bespoke Treatment
We’ve integrated Spravato WithMe into our patient intake process to make things as smooth as possible for you.
Here’s how it works:
- We’ll help you enroll in Spravato REMS and Spravato withMe. The first step is required before you can begin treatment, and we’ve created a process that reduces redundancy for patients. Enrollment is quick and can be done online.
- You’ll receive an RX card. Once you’re enrolled, Spravato withMe generates a unique alphanumeric string created for your use only.
- We send that information directly to the pharmacy. At Bespoke, we work with a specialty pharmacy to fill Spravato prescriptions. We’ll transmit your RX card info securely to the specialty pharmacy so they can process your medication. Once they’ve processed the medication, it will be sent to our office for secure storage in accordance with REMS and DEA guidelines.
- Your out-of-pocket cost is capped. Thanks to J&J’s copay assistance, the medication itself is covered up to $8,650 per year. Most patients pay no more than $10 per treatment.
- You’re auto-enrolled each year. There’s no need to reapply annually—Spravato WithMe takes care of that for you.

A Note on Costs
