What Is A Partial Hospitalization Program?

Our Mental Health Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) bridges the gap between inpatient and intensive outpatient programs, offering a comprehensive level of care tailored to your needs.

Designed to provide guidance and support throughout the healing, recovery, and growth process, our PHP mental health program is flexible. This means we tailor the program to fit your schedule. For example, you can choose to have sessions in the morning, evening, or throughout the day, based on what works best for you.

The Psychiatric Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) at Bespoke Treatment

Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) at Bespoke Treatment offers a personalized and structured approach to treating various mental health conditions. Following a comprehensive initial assessment, our experienced team designs an outpatient treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. Sessions are typically scheduled five days a week, allowing flexibility to accommodate your schedule.

In contrast to simply addressing symptoms, our PHP employs a comprehensive approach, integrating various therapies and treatment modalities to promote neuroplasticity in the brain and provide you with effective coping skills to challenge maladaptive thought patterns. Our PHP mental health program is often covered by most insurance plans, ensuring accessibility and affordability for individuals seeking high-quality mental health care. Our personalized and evidence-based approach aims to support individuals on their journey toward improved mental well-being and a more fulfilling life.

What Can I Expect During My Treatment?

During your first week in our PHP mental health program, your assigned physician will collaborate with you to create a personalized treatment plan. Bespoke Treatment specializes in innovative treatments that go beyond traditional medical psychotherapy, delivering exceptional results. Your treatment plan may include:

  • Psychiatry and medication management
  • Biofeedback and neurofeedback
  • TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation)
  • Ketamine/Spravato (Esketamine)
  • Group therapy
  • Individual therapy (EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, and/or MBSR)
  • Meditation

Each program also incorporates group therapy, which often enhances and accelerates individual results. Small group interactions provide valuable insights and encouragement, drawing from the perspectives and experiences of others. These shared experiences can illuminate your path to healing, leading to breakthroughs for you and those around you.

As you progress through your journey, our team will continuously assess your experience, ensuring that we provide the best possible care. We are committed to working with you to adjust your treatment plan as needed.

Overview of Treatments

Biofeedback and Neurofeedback

These therapies help patients train their biology and brain waves to resist and respond to unhealthy behaviors and thoughts. Patients can monitor and control their brain activity using computer-based systems that respond to physical activity or brainwave patterns.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)

TMS is a safe, non-invasive procedure that delivers magnetic pulses through the skull to nerve fibers in specific brain areas. Typically, patients undergo five weekly sessions for 4-6 weeks. FDA-approved for depression, TMS is completely drug-free.

Ketamine and Spravato

Ketamine therapy can be administered intravenously or via nasal spray (Spravato). Treatment typically involves 2-3 sessions per week over 2-3 weeks, totaling six treatments. Ketamine has few risks and side effects and can provide permanent relief of symptoms.

Group Therapy

Group therapy sessions, limited to 5-8 individuals, are 100% confidential. These sessions, often held in the afternoon and evening, provide a supportive environment for sharing experiences with others facing similar challenges.

EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is highly effective for individuals with PTSD. Bespoke Treatment has certified EMDR therapists trained to deliver this unique therapy within a limited timeframe.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a goal-oriented form of talk therapy aimed at identifying and challenging negative thought patterns and behaviors. Patients work with their therapist to set specific goals and develop skills to effectively manage symptoms.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

DBT is a type of talk therapy that focuses on teaching valuable skills for recovery and other areas of life, such as mindfulness, resilience, communication, and emotional regulation.

Acceptance And Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT is an action-based therapy derived from CBT, focusing on accepting one’s feelings and struggles while committing to making necessary changes to improve behavior and well-being.

MBSR Therapy

MBSR therapy provides cognitive coaching from a certified trainer to help patients learn practical techniques for emotional regulation, stress reduction, and mindfulness.
