Associate Therapist
Bespoke Treatment is seeking a part-time Associate Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. Bespoke Treatment is a state-of-the-art facility that provides innovative and effective mental health treatments, including ketamine assisted therapy, personalized Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and biofeedback. Our belief is that a thoughtful combination of various treatments expertly coordinated amongst a team is the best path for recovery from treatment-resistant mood disorders.
As a Psychotherapist at Bespoke Treatment, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians, occupational therapists, and yoga instructors, to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for each patient. You will have the opportunity to provide therapy for patients in all levels of care (PHP, IOP, and OP) as well as work with patients using TMS and ketamine.

The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and skilled therapist who has experience working with patients with mental health disorders and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A strong interest in neuromodulation and psychedelic medicine is preferred.
Bespoke Treatment also offers opportunities for clinical research and encourages ongoing learning and development for our staff. We provide training in neuromodulation and psychedelic medicine and offer a supportive work environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth.
Responsibilities include:
- 1:1 psychotherapy, with option for groups and psychedelic assisted therapy (mostly utilizing ketamine and esketamine/Spravato) as well as family integration sessions
- Availability to work 5-15 hours/week in addition to a weekly staff meeting
- Developing comprehensive treatment plans with proper documentation
- Collaborating with clinic personnel and outside referral sources
